The Client Engagement Manager role leads efforts to support Branch Banking and the Client Engagement Model. Works to develop and define lead contact management strategy within Retail Banking. Consults with regional leadership to define, create, and execute needed service and sales strategies for incremental service and sales improvement. Influences strategic decisions on behalf of Branch Banking with corporate partners. May be directly aligned with a partner group to support and influence strategy that has Branch Banking impacts. Serves as a leadership liaison between corporate and geographies. May serve as primary leadership point of contact for regional/corporate strategic integration efforts.
Bachelors degree in business or related field. 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably with SunTrust or another large bank.
Retail line leadership.
